THE SHADOWS THAT TURNED OUT TO BE NOTHING

What defines our lives and gives reason to our existence are the things we hold on to, the things we believe, the things we treasure.

Thoughts form and shape a man. When the scripture admonishes us in - Philip 4:8 'Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.' - God knew what he was saying!

Some believes and thoughts are not worth holding unto. There are mere shadows that we would gladly cling to, all the while deceiving ourselves that it isn't vain!
But it stands, that the reality of things belongs to Jesus, and it only gets more real by the day.

The shadows will only fade away at dusk and we are left with nothing but a large expanse of emptiness. As the sun goes down and the end draws near, our much cherished shadow leaves us! Everything disintegrates into NOTHINGNESS.
Then the anguish begins! The lights get dimmer and life becomes a conglomeraton of confusion!
