Job Title: Customer Relation Representative/Front Desk officer

Core Responsibilities

To serve as the organization’s first point of contact for visiting customers or clients.
To provide customers with useful and insightful information about the company’s products and services.
To make or process payments for customers’ desired services across various electronic payment platforms
Answer questions and address complaints of visitors or escalate the complaints to higher authority if the need arises
Carry out other office administrative tasks as directed by the management of the Organization
Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner; document all visitors in log book and stay within the vicinity of the reception area at all times
Monitor the crowd at the reception
Receive and sorts incoming mails
Monitor and maintain office supplies such as stationeries etc
Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
Keep office environment clean and tidy always
Perform any related tasks as assigned and work with all the departments

HND/B.Sc in any discipline/Art
Minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) or Upper Credit

Applicant must be attentive to details.
Applicant must be accountable and of worthy character
Excellent Organisational and Multi-tasking abilities
