The act of stealing is becoming very rampant now especially in the rural communities in Nigeria. What is the reason for this?

Well from a perceptual point of view it is due to the level of poverty and high quest for survival in the rural communities where most of the essetial commodities are not available.

In this areas brothers stole from another brother to survive and they may go as far as betraying the brotherly trust just to survive but yet we are all talking about anti- corruption and anti- crimes.

I want to ask that, if, it is proper to report a family brother who is found wanting of Juvenile Delinquency to the Police, especially stealing and oppression?

Can you tell me reasons why you should not report a brother who do not want you to live to the appropriate quarters?
