That's an Owl. It's a nocturnal bird.

what kind of stupid and ignorant people are being bred in this country these days?
so in all your years of schooling from kindergaten to secondary, you never came across an owl in all of your studies (that is if you did any),
and you are referring to it as 'this animal'...
