Baptism in some churches qualifies a person for church membership, church membership qualifies a person for communion, communion qualifies a person for heaven. Where then is the place of being born again? How will you explain it to some who desires to know? |

The ritual of baptism itself symbolizes a spiritual rebirth.That was what the ritual was originally meant for in the mystery schools of the ancient times.If you are baptized, you are supposed to be born again. |

u r born again first before u r baptised, baptism as jagunlabi rightly points out symbolizes spiritual rebirth, it is wrong practice to make it a qualification for church membership. |
