I applied to the school this year and paid them some fee so secure my visa letter,unfortunately I couldnt secure a visa and for the past 3 months I have been in contact with the school but they have been beating me back and forth on refunding my fund back to me,uptill now they are yet to refund me. They have been acting so unscrupulous .I am so frustrated,Please can someone help me out PLEASE on what to do

What was the agreement the school had with you concerning refund?This is very important.If in your view they have defaulted,then you can send a strong-worded letter to them,warning that you will report them to the Border Agency.I am very sure they are going to respond in a jiffy.In the past,I have dealt with a number of scoundrels that wanted to play pranks with the money of my clients. I really showed them the stuff I was made off.Carry out my suggestion,and see how it turns out.GOODLUCK.

Thank you so much for this reply. They told me they will refund me if I am unable to secure a visa. Please let me know how to inform them that I will report them to Border Agency and also let me know How I will report them to the Border Agency. Please I will be willing to hear from you soon. This college is just so dubious.
