Open your clickbank account with it
Open a Facebook account with it using an English name and using United Kingdom as your country of residence
Go to Gmail and open accounts depending on the numbers of niche you intends to open. You can open as many as possible but don't use vpn to open it

Unless the Anonymox, Epic Browser and VPN I downloaded are made in China, I have had no such luck on Getting past the banking information page. 'your account is being reviewed' is all I get. Go to whatismybrowser dot com to know whether your ip read UK. Use Citibank as your bank and UK as your bank country. After logging in, change your Bank country to USA and use your payoneer account details if your account is approved by payoneer if not don't worry I can't provide you with citibank account details to withdraw your money to.

I had resigned to my fate of using other affiliate programs until I saw someone saying they were successful with their registration process.

I did as you asked, I used my Uncle's Android Phone, downloaded the VPN. I activated it and checked that my IP address has been changed and then I followed due procedure you laid out for me. I still got the epic 'Your Account is under review'

Unless my name as well has been flagged or I am just out of luck. I have nothing else to throw at this people. And yes, I did use a different email.
