I just got a Samsung A5 2016, after a while I discovered that when the internal memory gets to like 2.9gb it instantly gets full if any other app is added which is abnormal since its internal memory is 16gb....Pls I need solutions ...Thanks for ur co operation...Pls mods help me promote to front page xo its can gets enough views...

Yep its comes with 2gb ram and like 1.4gb is still available..

You might have bought a clone phone. Go to playstore and search for an app called phone info. Open after installing and it will tell you if your device is original or not
