This is just a guide as your wife's cycle appear irregular but approximates to 30 days. So based on this, my own guess will be:

6/01/2010
5/02/2010
6/03/2010

+/- 2days.

This is based on the fact that the last phase of every woman's menstrual cycle which is called the luteal phase is constant and it starts approximately at ovulation and ends at the beginning of the next period. So subtract 14days from the expected next period and that will be the ovulation. You have to study her period for up to a year to be able to estimate her cycle length.
