I was a guy flowing with confidence when it comes to asking females out, we even made a game out of it. But then I was lovestruck by this beautiful girl in my school, we dated for 5years, though we we're young but she made me lose interest in other girls to the extent I couldn't even picture my life without her.
To cut the story short, I got dumped by her and was left to pick up the pieces. During this period, I mostly stayed indoors in bed doing nothing but playing console and android games. I noticed the problem when I saw a girl I liked, I decided to approach her but was just scared to move my feet, sometimes I summoned courage to approach girls but I just couldn't string sentences together without stammering and breathing heavily or just suddenly stop within conversations bereft of ideas. Please I need help. This has been on for about 2 years now. I don't know what to do.

The worst thing that can happen to a man is to get stuck in a past relationship or failure. Move on op, there are better adventures and outcome ahead. Cut away the strings of the past and knot a new tie for the future.

You have to move on, most people feel like they can't move on but at the end, they find the person 100 times better than their ex. Such is life. I am a living witness .
