14-year-old Danielle Bregoli is living the high life, which is why police just cited her for weed possession.

The girl who became an ‘overnight celebrity’ over the ‘cash me outside’ phrase was just busted for possession of marijuana.

Online sources report that she was at a friend’s house Wednesday in Boynton Beach, Florida, hanging outside when her friend pulled out a joint and lit it.

Police on patrol rolled by saw the girls and made their move.

However, Danielle insists that she wasn’t indulging when she was arrested.

Reports from TMZ indicates that the cops asked the 2 girls if they were both smoking weed but neither would rat out the other, so the cops gave both citations.

It came on the same day that Danielle appeared in a Delray Beach juvenile court to face charges including grand theft, filing a false report and fraud.

The teen, who rose to fame by taunting the Dr. Phil audience with the words “cash me ousside, how baw dah”, is also thought to be charged with a battery offense.
