The new pension act allows any individual that is jobless for more than 4 months to withdraw up to 25% of his RSA. But like the popular saying "terms and conditions applied". Jobless refers to the 3 categories I listed above. The conditions are not that difficult to fulfill and once you can provide all necessary documents as requested by your PFA, your 25% will be in your bank account within 8 weeks of application. There is a PFA that has a platform where you can apply for 25% online without a physical visit to their branch.I'm sure its Leadway Pensure PFA.That PFA is giving the likes of IBTC and ARM a serious run for their money. |
