Buhari is fighting corruption? Fighting corruption indeed. Buhari is only interested in going after opposition politicians when members of his team are caught he looks the other way. This cover up will go down in history as one of the most messy in the history of this country. Shame on Buhari!!! Shame on the current leadership of the EFCC.
OK.....that's nice but we are seeing result....who he choose to fight is none of my business...WE THE MAJORITY VOTED FOR HIM..... SO GET USE IT...WHEN THE OPPOSITION TAKES OVER...THE SAME SHOULD BE DONE.....

GEJ has left that sit for over 730 days. Calling him into every mess is petty. Am yet to hear trump D*ck measure with Obama, you guys really need to grow up. GEJ was voted out cause of his incompetence, comparing him to PMB is like you trying to verify who's more clueless and useless amongst the 2. Grow up please

Last time I checked I am not the one supporting or trying to shield Mr Lootimi
Chukwudi, you believe in this PDP propaganda. Amaechi does not own a flat in that complex. Muazu built the complex, and majority of the owners are people appointed by Jonathan including Governor Peter Obi.
All these people have something to do with Jonathan's re-election. Why are you people wickedly joining Amaechi . That is a bad and wicked politics.

But in Nigeria you don't even need evidence b4 you and your lots drag people to media court and trash talk. That's exactly why EFCC keeps losing cases in the court whr it truly matters most.

One administration looted our treasury and hid the money everywhere, another administration is discovering and recovering looted funds. Which is better? The choice is yours.

Efcc style of investigation is not so good and need to be changed - as in break in and pack money. Pls is there any law that prohibits one from saving money at home? If no, then any person or organization with evidence of good yearly gain from a business and good legal backing can claim back his money.

If it was found in Dangote's possession (though still wrong for such a huge amount to be kept in the house) but you and me will not raise an eye brow.. but which business are the people involved doing?

It could also be used to finance terrorism.

To be sincere I'm beginning to doubt this anti-corruption war

There is nothing to doubt there. The fight is on-going even if not as smooth as you will expect or wish for. It is a "fight" and as thus is always gonna have ups and downs.

Look at the signs and tell me why we should doubt; PMB has refused to meddle in the Federal Assembly politically, the Dasuki-gate arms funds deal is still under trial, Saraki's false declaration case is on, An ex-gorvernor has been sentenced to jail term, 23 INEC officials are on trial for bribery and vote rigging, Deziani's petro-funds disappearance is under investigation, Malabu deal scam case is being re-opened, TSA & BVN enforcement is yielding fruits, the new whistle blower act is yeilding more than fruits as abandoned loot is being found left, right and centre. These are tangible activities and not hearsay.

Yea, I understand that the deliberate noise being made by the likes of Wike, Fayoshe and FFK can be confusing enough to disturb the not-too-informed however the EFCC's probe is on-going and imune to the attempts by these demagouges to derail it.

Sometimes I wonder why our security operatives like making a fool of themselves.

I mean, how is it so hard to know who even owns the building the money was found in?

I'm sure every building, after completion has the name of the owner written in the C or O or whatever they call it.

Shouldn't the apartment the money was discovered have a name attached to it? I mean, what's so hard in finding the person, inviting him for questioning and the likes... lipsrsealed

Say it after me:

C of O [Certificate of Ownership]

Do you have comprehension problem? Did my comment suggest that i believe the story of Mr.Oke? Learn to read and comprehend before spamming my mentions upandan.

For Mr.Oke to come up and lay claim to the money as belonging to the NIA has implicated himself either way.
This your comment further shows you believed the story .cos there is no such thing as Mr oke implicating himself .this is an arrangement by the federal government to cover up amaechi.

The screaming governors have something to hide!

It was convenient to name their 'enemy' as the owner without evidence.

The money must have been kep there before the advent of this government.

The screaming governors are possibly out to distract the public.

By the way, it is GROSSLY IRRESPONSIBLE of any one called a leader to make claims without evidence.

But these guys do so because they are fond of playing with the gullibility of many Nigerians.

It is evident from several comments here that a lot of Nigerians have indeed not grown beyond bere parlour comments.

One of these governors kept disturbing Nigerians with the senseless rumour that Aisha could not enter the US, until Aisha did.

He is protecting his paymaster by distracting people.

We all wish that Nigeria has courts. This kind of allegations can land people in big trouble indeed, when you cannot present evidence.

I am not suggesting the house may not be owned by somebody in PMB's government. But please show us some evidence, or tell us you were there with him when he bought the house.

Efcc and buhari are just beating about the bush, playing the Fabian,s tactics aiming at sweeping the case under carpet because it involves Amaechi. Who own the Apartment, nobody go into the apartment except the owner with the key. Why concealing the owner if it's not corrupt intent ?.
