sodium bicarbonate and a dash of lime. I didn't say baking powder(acidic cream of tartar). Mix a tiny portion of your regular toothpaste with a bit of sodium bicarbonate (or bicarbonate of soda) then dip your toothbrush into lime or lemon juice, using that brush apply the mixed toothpaste and brush your teeth gently. ONLY ONCE A WEEK. NEVER EXCEED TWICE A WEEK IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DAMAGE YOUR ENAMEL. BEWARE OF ANY OTHER DENTIST'S METHOD BECAUSE YOUR TEETH WILL BE SCRAPED AND CHIPPED.

the product is everywhere just buy one lime or lemon, walk to a store or pharmacy and ask them for BAKING SODA not Baking Powder. You can ask people who bake bread and snacks, but don't ever get baking powder from them because it's entirely a different thing from Baking Soda(sodium bicarbonate).
