Please, govt should start ' chooking' eye upon the teaching hospitals in Nigeria. From the CMD, Auditor, Accountant, Secretary. We need at least 3 scapegoats from 3 major teaching hospitals in Nigeria.
If they need to be jailed, jail them regardless of how many years of service they've put in.
Subsequent CMDs, Auditors et all will sit up, and start taking their jobs seriously.
