The Muslim and Deeper life members your church employed I am sure they met the requirements hence their employment. This one should also meet her requirement. If the position she applied is for those that are not greedy in the church, the only physical way the church could know is through her tithing b'cos it takes a person that have conquered greed to pay tithe.
