Importers and some site engineers, From the Look of any kind of roofing sheets, they can deduce if inferior or superior and if 0.35mm, 0.4mm, 0.45mm and 0.55mm. U cant compared China stone coated roof that weigh more than Real Korea roof, such as Feroof, Ds, Rosa and others. the differences is far apart. Note st those customized Korea/ Newzealand roof dt fades within 7months are not from source bware. Stone coated are made from ZINC and ALUMINIUM, wc is call ALLOY. So the higher the concentration of ALU, the better the roof against corrosion and weather degradation.
Pure Aluminium are lighter, flessible and maliable. But when mixed wit Zinc or other group 2 Metals, its bcoms heavier, this reduce it quality, leading to rusting and fading due to fast oxidoxidation btw the roof and moisture. THAT IS WHY MANY STONE COATED ROOF RUST AND FADE... THAT FADING U SEE, THE BROWNISH COLORE, is call surface rusting.

Conspiracy 1: Harry brothers dont have my numbers, I sent my installer to UYO for the measurement and harry brother is to direct my installer to the site when get to Uyo. Note: I never called his brother before sending my Installer.
After AKIN done the measurement the brother told AKIN that any body that worked here must add theirs otherwise he will Loss the JOB. Harry brother told AKIN they will Need 150,000 from us as a return, Akin replied him "my Oga wont do this". Conspiracy 2 After we harry paid we moved the materials to Uyo, Two number called me Telling I want eat alone, telling me warning me of the out come. Which we are seeing and i will be showing you evidences as i proceed with these post

They used ofcut wood to make the wood work, they really fake worked, that the work wont Last.... Can you imagine even the facing board was done with 2 by 2. Gutter were bend, the purline spacing is Not right. I told him all this on phone, my installer said they will do it and I trust them since they are professionals in this work. They some Adjustments, They called the carpenter to come around and drop his saw blade, as the guy were installing they were making corrections

But the carpenter and harry brother was not happy, Because Job was not through them and nothing came from me

Really if u are an installer or engineer you know How complected METCOPO will be especially if its 0.45mm. Many wont like to Use it, Use it Only when your wood work is perfect and good installer

Conspiracy 3 This MAN HARRY HAS MOVED FROM LEAKAGES TO I SUPPLIED 0.4MM...... I can a metcopo be made from 0.4mm and it come out of the machine normal.... OH no

Harry said he brought another installer who had conspired with Harry brother and carpenter to say my roof is 0.4mm

many can know the texture of each gauze by picture..... FAKE INSTALLATION TOLD HIM THIS, HE SEAT IN CANNADA, YOU BROTHERS ARE BUYING FAKE PLUMBING MATERIALS, WOOD AND DOUBLING DOUBLING THE COST BY CONSPIRING WITH EACH WORKER.

I am not surprised to here all this development of feeding him fake news, this happens when you did not corporate with owners Family.
I can remembered also this kindly situation happened to our sister company, when a Site engineer telling his client we can't use Stone coated for the House because ,there was No parapet. Quack engr! The owner was in abroad. .. Can you believe when Feroof Bond back was supplied to the site, the engr told the Man the roof is 0.45mm, not 0.55mm, they have to wait for another 4days after proved b4 the work commenced. I don't want to go deeper explaining the Nature of various imported roofs, cos I will hurt some people and manufacturer/importers.
After 3year many roof around the man area had changed, but his building remain new, infact he gave other clients to the company.

If I had added 150,000 for Harry brother the issues of leakages and 0.4mm won't came up, but I will never do that, it's against my regulations

They are not talking of the wood nature, wood dt will be eaten up by termites and turned dust easily and all anomalies occurring in that building at Uyo. We saw a lot and heard a lot of atrocities going on at HARRIMAN site in Uyo. LET him come to Lagos, if they really sure of what they are saying.....fools and slow pork every where.
As at last Month, the Amount spent on that Building should have done 89% of Job

MY STORY: pls pardon my english

Everyone living in abroad knows how hard it is to survive here. We all work for every cent we make, no body cares about you. I decided to build a house in Nigeria, so at least i have a place to stay anytime i come home. I did not know that it will cost me so much pains. I have been on Nairaland for so long that i have learn a lot of things from peoples experience on here.

I contacteted 'Rushtec' to do my roofing after seeing some of the pictures he posted here calling it his jobs. i have never met him but decided to trust my gut. He was nice at first and promise to give me a good roof and installation. This is the worst decision i ever made.

He gave me a quote of #1,621,870 naira and we negotiated and finally arrive at a # 1,567,850 naira. I payed him a total of 1,547,000 naira ( 98.5% of the total money). without setting my eyes on him. I even added extra 10,000 naira for him when he complained that he needed more money for the transport. His guys came in and did a rushed and poor work for me. Please see pictures below

The laying of the sheets was poorly done, the sheets does not overlapp tightly. when there is rain and strong wind, the poorly overlapp sections opens up and water leaks into the house. The worst is when there is heavy rainfall. Everywhere that was poorly overlapp starts leeaking.

@ Rushtec is even using my roof that he did a poor job on to advertise online.

The most painful part is he told me he does not care about a bad review that i ill make, and that only 5% of his job comes from online. He then blocked me so i cant border him again.

Because of this i will make sure that other people don't fall victim of this your bad works no matter how much it will cost me. I hope that you have a lawyer because you will be hearing from mine very soon. I have evidence of all our communication and bank transaction.

I can only hope that you seek the peaceful route by getting your guys to correct what ever error they made on their part.
