(1.)Job Title: Commercial Manager

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities & Duties
Establish and promote best practice in health, safety and environmental matters in conjunction with the SHQE department.
General:
Efficiently manage all commercial aspects of the Portfolio of projects and maintain regular liaison with all stakeholders.
Team Management and Development
Manage the recruitment and staffing structure/ utilisation for direct reports.
Build team, manage the development of personal plans, establishment of objectives/targets for all direct reports and monitor on an ongoing basis - maintain performance
Delegation of appropriate work to all staff, whilst maintaining accountability
Encourage and develop a culture of contractual & commercial awareness on all projects.
Assist with the development and training of Commercial Practitioners including supervisor / mentor / counsellor role for staff undertaking their APC or equivalent.
Ensure the site teams adheres to group procedures and governance.
Lead Team Meetings on a regular scheduled basis
Contribute to the production of BU Business Plan and strategy.
Commercial Service Delivery:
Collate, analysis & challenge Cost/Value Reports and forecasts as required, then implement required actions.
Design and implement a commercial strategy for their portfolio and tenders with the assistance of their functional manager
Ensure that the Commercial Practitioners administer the contracts correctly in a timely and professional manner.
Identify, mitigate and manage risk & opportunities for the portfolio of work.
Be responsible, where required, to ensure that a review of all of the contractual obligations and commercial risks is carried out prior to the submission of tenders.
Maximising of cash position, including WIP control, cash flow production & improvement plans for all projects.

Location: Lagos

Job Description
This fixed term role, based in Norfolk, is part of the Materials team at one of our client sites, and reports to the Warehouse Supervisor. Key responsibilities of the role are to:
Present a positive image of the Company through first class service delivery and customer engagement.
Control the movement of materials from goods receipt to end user physically and electronically, using Excel spreadsheets and SAP systems.
Store stock in designated locations, with awareness of level loads allowed in the warehouse storage areas and maintaining records and databases
Correctly store materials to minimise the possibility of damage or deterioration.
Maintain housekeeping standards within the warehouse and operating areas.
Input, retrieve and report data using the SAP system, ensuring accuracy and appropriate presentation style.
Control traceability and shelf life issues for key materials.
Liaise with customers, offshore facilities and other internal departments regarding materials movement.
Interact with material controllers and warehouse coordinators on daily needs and issues.
Ensure the safe use of forklifts and lifting equipment, including loading/unloading of vehicles in line with operating instructions and HSE standards
Ensure all site health and safety requirements are adhered to, including PPE.
Must be flexible to work additional hours as required and be available to work at other locations, this includes ASCO sites or ASCO client sites as required.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, colleagues and vendors to support all aspects of our client's Warehouse Returns operations, ensuring all work is carried out in a safe, efficient and effective manner.
Minimum Competencies (Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours)
A proven track record operating within a stock control evnvironment.
Accustomed to working effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing workloads and priorities, where high standards are not compromised under pressure.
Customer focused, with strong interpersonal and communication skills verbal and written.
Ability to work stand-alone while a positive contributor to the wider team.
Computer literate across the Microsoft Suite and ideally with SAP operator knowledge.

(5.)Job Title: Research Assistant

Location: Lagos

Responsibitilites
The primary role is to support the experimental programs within the drilling department. This is a practical ‘hands on’ job and will include a wide range of different tasks including:
Specifying, procuring and commissioning sensors, instrumentation and test equipment
Developing, Designing, Running experiments and making measurements in SGR and occasionally on field tests away from home
Analysing experimental data using Matlab, Python or similar tools
Developing instrumentation systems using Labview or similar tools.
Fault finding on existing equipment
Procuring and preparing rocks, fluids and test hardware
Developing experimental equipment, which could include anything from simple bench top experiments to complete full scale mechanical systems
Interacting closely with colleagues in other disciplines.
Qualifications
Practical skills, an innate curiosity, and a proven ability to learn new techniques and technologies are very important.
Previous work experience in a research environment and experience with Matlab, Python and Labview would be advantageous.
A good first degree or higher qualification in Engineering, Physics or Scientific discipline is preferred.

I got it from a job site I registered to. And there is no disclaimer whatsoever on the company's website saying that they are not recruiting.

I have posted a job here whereby a Supervisor in the company did not know they were recruiting until he called the HR to confirm and it turned out to be true.

And it is better to apply since you are not being asked to pay for applications.
