With all the omonile, 419 and title issues involved in buying properties.

Many people want to purchase from the Govt instead, but most Govt schemes are unsafe and under developed.

Some of the underdeveloped estates are Isheri North, Abijo, igbgbo e,t.c.

Are there any Govt schemes currently Being Sold and Buildable in Lagos or Ogun State?

Or are they all buy and hold?

There are government estate that you can buy and start immediately. it all depends on how much you have. I have a couple government estate that you can buy and start developing immediately. GRA II in Ikorodu, you can get for 5 million, Ikorodu GRA III odogunyan for 4 million.
