Half plastering of the top to be smooth, while the lower wall is plastered rough to receive wall tiles.

Bros Spyder, this wooden door frame cost is how much per one? and how long did it take the carpenter to deliver.

The iron doors cost how much to fabricate per one. the 6 inch door and the 9 inch door, my younger told me its better to fabricate than to buy ready made because of quality issues.

Am making plans to provide for this so need a rough idea +/- i should budget for this.

Help a brother out with this information that will help in planning and decision making.

I will give them a week to deliver this using yours a yard stick

The deal isn't bad but the 1week should be enough since 32frames is less than 80frames which they delivered in 14days
