It seems like a normal recurring decimal. I hardly know of any friend, relative or colleague that does not have the unfortunate case of successfully sitting for examinations and only to be told at the end of the day that their results are missing - just like that. Some of those unfortunate students gave up their academic dreams after being frustrated. The determined ones had to pay extra fees and re-sit those examinations several times over.

The NOUN was supposed to be a really cool thing, but I guess it is turning into a nightmare. Please, something should be done about this.
