Our firm is a reputable human resource firm located in Lagos with enormous expertise in recruitment, payroll management and outsourcing. We require the service of a Senior Human Resource Officer who is knowledge across different fields of HR.

Job Description

Manage all business units of the firm
Coordinate payroll management for different client companies
Coordinate recruitment and placement for different client companies
Draft HR policies, procedures manuals
Set up and maintain a human resources system that meets top management information needs for clients’ company.
Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues e.g disciplinary procedures, absence management, compensation and employee benefits, performance management ,working conditions and equal opportunities.
Manage outsourced staff by developing workforce planning strategies while considering immediate and long-term staffing requirements
Coordinate orientation and induction programs for staff.
Relate with the clients to provide employee services, payroll management, performance appraisal, remittance of statutory deductions e.g PAYE, Pension, NHF, NHIS etc
Develop benefits plans such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations, and employee statistics.
Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.


Candidate Requirements
BSC in Accounting or related course minimum of second class upper
Must be knowledgeable across different field of HR
Good communication skills
Must be above average in the use of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
Not less than 4 years experience handling HR functions
Must be analytical
Must be creative
Must have entrepreneurial spirit
A professional certification is an added advantage
