Borrow money that will be use to construct roads that leads to agrarian community or that will be use for skill acquisition and capital project....
NOT...borrowing to construct flyovers and beautification that will yield no result

What an Economic Eldorado the SS would have been if it was a country of its own.

Just imagine the immense wealth that would be flowing in the SS with Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Delta and Bayelsa racking up this huge allocation. Not to mention the huge IGR of Rivers, Delta and Edo.

God bless the SS.

Total allocation including deductions this is what the SS gets;

1. Akwa Ibom 38.14bn
2. Rivers 32.41bn
3. Delta 28.49bn
4. Bayelsa 27.29bn
5. Edo 9.46bn
6. Cross River 8.95bn

If not for the parasitic rest, the SS deserve more than this.
No wonder the parasites are scared of all IOCs moving to their region of operation.

Ogun state is being greatly underfunded by the FG in spite of the great economic contributions to the Nation.
When you divide allocation/capita you would then discover Lagos has one of the least allocation overall.
As for Bayelsa, God would certainly hear the voice of the oppressed because there is obviously no reason they should owe any salary.
Even though Nigeria is too dependent on the SS, Akwa Ibom, Delta and Bayelsa should be able to turn this allocation into more wealth.

i said it before and i will say it again, governors are the problem of this country not the presidency, as a matter of fact, they are the one that decieved GEJ to share the ECA acct, yet they stole it without paying salary, now again they refused Buhari from increasing minimum wage, so our governors are the problem of this country.

How the SS Governors are presently managing the funds accruing to their States gives an indication how the economy will be if SS happen to be a Country!

I'm Igbo and core pdp. But shame on SS Leaders for the rare opportunity they have missed since 1999 of being a highly developed and advanced region. See money!! Give that money to Sullivan Chime, Peter Obi or Obiano and see what can be done with it. Just look at Bayelsa. Gosh!!

If my calculation is correct, so Ekiti is left with just N1.91b? Why? Who do this to us in Ekiti na? Na all the allocation we take service debt. At the end of the day Fayose will use the remaining amount buy bags of rice and distribute with cups as if we are in IDP camp.

That country will be the worst that will exist in the world history....

I am from rivers state but I must tell you that the only binding force that has held the so called SS together is Nigeria....
The reason they agree together is because they are fighting a common entity...Nigeria..

The day every region will be ask to control their region resources or independent... that is the day you will no that there are about a 120 language in SS...

Rivers state alone....
Ogonis, kalabari,Ikwerre,Igbo will never agree together...because that do not speak the same language....

like I said I am a native of rumorji and I know my state and people very well.
