IMSU FINAL YEAR STUDENT ATTEMPTS SUICIDE AFTER HIS GIRLFRIEND BROKE UP WITH HIM

Tragedy was on Tuesday averted in golden gate hostel in front gate alliance of IMO university when a final year student identified as Onu Fedelix Izunna drank a N30 sachet of hypo bleach to end his life.
Sam obi gathered that Mr Onu Fidelix Izunna was a legal occupant of the hostel and equally the immediate past DOS of the hostel.
An Eyewitness in the hostel who spoke on condition of anonymity confirmed that Mr Onu Fidelix Izunna drank a N30 sachet of hypo bleach in the early hours of Tuesday precisely by 10am
The reliable source said thus "while I was dressing up to enter school, I heard voice of Fidelix shouting and begging his GIRLFRIEND ,due to the rain I couldn't hear properly what the noise was all about,
until about thirty minutes later I saw Fidelix ran of his room with a N30 sachet of Hypo which I saw him drink ,after like five minutes he
Began to shout, scream for help ,it was then I ran to him and notify
other of the hostel occupants ,we forced him to drink palm oil which he did, we inquired of him what propelled him to drink hypo he told us that his GIRLFRIEND NANCY BROKE up with him"
Meanwhile a reliable source close to the victim who pleaded anonymity said that Mr Onu Fidelix Izunna attempted suicide because he was grossly embittered the way and manner his GIRLFRIEND BROKE up with him
Having invested much on the Girl.
The source said that Mr Onu Fidelix Izunna had over the years fed the girl with his money and help her run other logistics.

The victim ,a 400L marketing student with Mat No 14/34045, is an indigene of Ozalla community in IGBO ETITI LGA OF ENUGU STATE.
As of the time of filing this report ,the victim Mr Onu Fidelix Izunna has return to the hostel while his treatment continues
