"Why did you leave your previous company", "how did you gather guts to leave" etc.
I must have been asked this series of questions a hundred times in the last 7 weeks. ..so I decided to make the answers available for the following reasons; to everyone that still have such questions in mind, to everyone that has been fed with lies about my leaving, to everyone that is still with the company & to everyone that is about to get into the company.
Let it be known that THESE ARE MY THOUGHTS & OPINIONS and everyone Is entitled to their own opinions.
A company that has no plan to correct it's damaged brand & Image is not a serious company.
A company that cannot get its leaders & partners to represent the company values, is not a serious company.
A company that cannot correct & sanction lawless members and partners, is not a serious company.
A marketing company that allows people to stack cartons and cartons of products that is not been sold, is not a efficient company.
A company that cannot use state of the art 21st century tools (in this 21st century) is an archaic company.
A company where you come in and the leaders are monitoring you like "monitoring spirits" where you phone is been checked 24/7, your conversations with other ppl is monitored like you are in prison, your movement is been traced like you are under house arrest, is not a company to associate with.
A company, whose leaders lie without thinking and without lie so effortlessly(lie about status,ranks,travel trips, travel incentives,promotions) and get so used to lying, to the extent that truth becomes a "foreign body" is a company that can make you loose your relationship with God.
A company, whose leaders have become masters in manipulations, threats & schemes, is a return of the slave trade era.
A company, whose leaders have little or no regard for people, with the ideology of "you can be fired, replaced and maligned if you don't "bow before me", is a display of idolatry.
A company, who doesn't mind loosing their best hands, best leaders, best brains, is no a company that will survive the future.
A company, whose leaders make it "almost impossible" to leave (just like a cult) has betrayed the essence of partnership.
I think it's now clear why I left this company....very clear!
I think the real question I should be asked is "how did I survive working with such leaders for over 2 years?"
My final word; when an eagle finally realizes that it's an eagle, IT STOPS CRAWLING & STARTS FLYING.

everyone complaining about gnld results from either

1- greed: letting the sweet talk get to you not realizing it takes perseverance and effort

2- Ignorance : most people dont take time to study how the company works or what its aim are


3- gullibility : let it be saud "gnld" isnt a physical structure with flesh n blood so it didn't ask you to do anything....its humans that did...and maybe due ti greed/circumstances you fell for it

I feel your pains sir. Neolife is a good company but The leaders in Nigeria has damaged its reputation. I joined last year july and on seeing all their dishonest and outdated practice. I had to leave.

Almost every average job seeker in Lagos has gone through gnld and neolife shit.
