The rate at which this vigilante boys hide under the shadow of nigeria police to extort money from taxi and keke riders in calabar south is alarming,the worst part is that they bluntly ask you to settle them so that they wont waste your time.the commisioner of police should quickly get those vigilante boys off the road to avoid draging the name of NPF to the mud. |
