You must be in wonderland. A nice body shape is significantly affected by genetics. If you have the genetics that enhances the disproportionate aggregation of fat in your stomach and shoulder area, rather than in your bossom and hips, no amount of diet can give you a hour glass shape. You think the girl in the video had that body through diet and exercise? Hell nah!

i remember reading some time back about how she went on a strict diet and exercise plan to get the body she has. same thing with the singer Mya, she did some serious training and on a special diet to get the new figure she has now. so working out and eating certain foods does change that.
