I thought i should share this information i discovered yesterday. I once fell victim of buying a fakeor no warranty xiaomi on aliexpress and others. I got a redmi 3s and it has no warranty.

I got a redmi 4a (2gb 32gb version) for 52k and it came with free pouche. They also have retail outlets in computer village too.

First i want to say im sorry you bought a fake Xiaomi phone from Aliexpress, and i understand your fear not buying from there anymore. You probably bought from the wrong shop, there are so many shops there selling original products and with good customer service. If you don't mind, why not drop the link to the store where you bought the Xiaomi phone, with proper campaign they could be put out of business and to save others from falling victim.
But permit to say, i think the Redmi 4a is too pricey at 52k. As at today, average price of a Redmi 4a on Xiaomi online store is $86. With the current exchange rate, you'd get it far cheaper plus free shipping and with enough cash to flex. If you decide to go local, there are a few guys on the Xiaomi thread selling cheaper too. My 2 cents.

These are so many options available these days, you don't have to wait one month! There quite a few good shipping agencies on Nairaland. They would collect your package from the shop and ship your item within 72hrs or less. St. Patrick Logistics have come very recommended, note im yet to use their services but they have good reputation for now. Aliexpress still remains the best for now.

no doubt, but there is nothing like seeing what you want to buy on display and these prices are negotiable, my cousin got same phone from same source in computer village (large micheals oremeji) for 49k so i feel its based on negotiation and its instant. like i said i am just recommending
