As a matter of fact, yes it is. Forcing your wife to sex against her will is actually rape, even though she is your wife literally. I actually know of a guy here in Norway that had to serve two years in jail because he forced his girlfriend to have sex with him.

It only happens in the western countries where every woman wants a man to treat her like queen eliza! Men get arrested and put in jail for straffing his wife but she enjoyed it while it lasted oh!

Yes, man can rape his own wife. A husband still legally get arrested going to jail on the ground of raping his own wife.
