We have been in operation for over seven years and have none decided to step up our game.
Our annual turnover for the last three years reflects an average of Two Hundred Million Naira (N200, 000,000.00) per year.

We have recently invested in massive equipment acquisition and are repositioned to increase our market share nationwide.

We seek temporary investment from a Venture Capitalist. We need just one investor who can put down the sum of Ten Million Naira down for a period not exceeding 6 months at the first instance and renewable subsequently in biannual cycles.

This fund is meant only for the provision of some liquidity for our raw materials acquisition and nothing else. This translates to the fact that the money remains intact in either raw material form or finished goods and as such can be withdrawn from the business within 30 days after adequate notice and without any form of hassles.

Furthermore, we are open to an active day to day managerial participation in the business or alternatively we can provide real time access to our bank accounts and books.

The return on investment will not be anything less than 10 per cent per month depending on where our negotiation leads us to.

Security for this investment will be an all asset debenture in favour of the Investor or any other acceptable agreement.
