The Biafran-seat at home seem to have taken effect in onitsha axis, where the motor parks, main market, major road, streets looks so disated.

Please what effect does this have on the Federal Republic of Nigeria? Does it mean that Nigeria is not selling oil at the international market and making money for our looting leaders from the North, West and East to share as usual? If it does not stop our leaders from looting, then this is senseless.

Sit at Home. The streets look deserted.

Told those working in our office in Asaba not to bother going to work today. No one knows what can happen. Better they be safe than sorry.

Unfortunately, Igbo land hold no strategic importance to Nigeria economy to a large extent, so this sit-at-home affect only Igbos.
BTW, street level Igbo towns are horrible looking. Everywhere looking really dirty.

The attention of the world is focussed on the eastern part of Nigeria. This action gives them reasonable credibility

I am very very impressed, as a yoruba, I feel proud of wat u guys are doing, cos it takes Unity of purpose for u to agree like dis, though a lot of Yorubas are nt openly showing u support bt I can tell u, majority of d Yorubas too want to go, don't mind dos yeye ones dat call themselves social media influencers, dey av been bought n dey are only influencing their pockets. I just wish dat my igbo brothers can stop dis tribal fight with we Yorubas, ignore wat u see on social media, dos ones only make abt 2% of our population. As the SUN as already RISEN from the EAST, my hope is that it can SET in the WEST. Then d sky will be our limit, it's nt compulsory we stay together in d South, but we can join hands to fight a good course. #WE ARE ALL BIAFRIANS

OP, Biko change the first word of the heading! That word is a Verb and not a Noun as you have suggested.

I don't blame you I blame luggard if not you will not tell me my oil you feed on belongs to Nigeria

They need to channel that spirit of unity to actually build the South East. Start becoming self sufficient within Nigeria before even thinking about leaving. Igboland is too dependant on Nigeria to stand alone without relying on other governments to even feed them. Which is what happened last time. People starved because Igboland was not self sufficient. IT IS STILL THE CASE.

I don't see communities coming together en masse to BUILD the region. You have to go beyond sitting at home (although it is impressive) or demonstrating in the street at some point.

Unless I see that I know people are not serious about building their own country.

No state own any oil. The oil belongs to the Nigerian state itself. Even 13% derivation DAT we are giving them is not 4 the oil but for the land effect.
