Commissioner for Economic Empowerment is now in charge of the Ministry of Environment. 3. Former Hon. Commissioner for Border Peace and Conflict Resolution is now in charge of the Ministry of Solid Mineral. 4. Former Hon. Commissioner for Environment is now in charge of the Ministry of economic Empowerment. 5. Former SSA on Assembly Matters is now SA on Salt and Cement. 6. Former SSA on Cement is now SA on Assembly Matters. 7. Former SA on Talent Development Hon. Mrs. Jacinta Nworie has been moved to SA on income Tax. 8. Former SA on Primary Health for Ebonyi North is now SA on Primary Health. 9. Former SA on Primary Health for Ebonyi Central is now SA on ICT. 10. Former SA on Primary Health for Ebonyi South is now SA on Training. 11. Former SA on ICT is now SA on Housing. 12. Former SA on Income Tax is now SA on IGR. 13. Former SA on Transport is now SA on Environment. 14. Former SA on Attitudinal change is now SA on Talent Development. 15. Former SAs Women and Child covering the 3 Senatorial District are now unbundled and bundled into SAs on Industries on the basis of their respective districts of origin. 16.
