Please able nairalanders, I try making pop corn in my home, but I face a challenge of it burning whenever I add sugar on fire. If I pop the corn without adding sugar while popping, it would come out white, but if I add sugar while popping, it would come out brown and burnt, pls what is the problem? I need help from those who know about it, thanks. |

Based on my understanding, it'll be burnt when sugar is added at the start but when sugar is added midway, it'll appear white |

add sugar when the corn is popping or almost ready......talking from experience(I used to assist my ant in selling popcorn) 2 Likes |
