This, is a thought experiment. You wonderful Christians, fellow brothers and sisters that serve the almighty. After doing his deeds on planet Earth, you finally ascend to the Pearly Gates and see the Kingdom of Heaven.
Then, you meet an angel, let's say Micheal. And he tells you, that there is a young, orphaned boy who died of starvation in the desert. Due to how this boy had lived, he never for one day heard the Gospel of Christ.

Normally, he'd be forced to go to hell, but there's an exception, if you, lover of God and upright Christian choose to sacrifice your spot in heaven for him.

What do you do?

There won't be need to give up one's place in heaven. If at that point anything can be done to give the orphan entrance, then my going in cannot stop him. For "there are many rooms in my father's house!"

The child must die. The Bible tells us his suffering is from sins of his father or his fathers father. He must turn to God for Deliverance. I have tithed, prayed fasted and given unto the glory of His Kingdom. I am destined to sit and reign. All things are written in the Book of Life. It is well. Heaven is my portion.

We can do nothing for them. We must help ourselves to make Heaven before the gates close. Only a fool would trade life eternal for one already condemned.

Hmmmm....I can give you a self sacrificial "politically correct" answer or how I truly feel.
So how I truly feel is "No", I could not give up my place in Heaven for the young orphaned boy...as sad as that would be.

First, if the boy died never having heard of or be introduced to Jesus & never knew that his life needed change, then according to Acts 17:30, "And the times of this ignorance God winked at......."
So knowing God's character of mercy, love, & righteous judgment, that little boy WOULD be in the Kingdom anyhow.
Also, John 14:2 says, " In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you....I go to prepare a place for you."
So there's plentyyyy of room...for each & every single person on earth.
I may (and I say this hoping I would do so) take a bullet, run into a burning building or jump into water to try and save a loved one from drowning (even though I can't swim). That would of course be while the people are alive....
Treat people kindly and be self sacrificial when they are alive....not dead.
It appears selfish, but when it comes to my personal salvation.....if ever there was something to fight the good fight of faith for....and not hand over to another regardless of the circumstances..... it is to live with our Savior eternally. We all have to stand before the judgment seat....for our own personal choices...not others. We are all judged individually.
I'm not willing to sever my eternal communion with Christ for anyone....
