Folks, what do you think about the above opinion? I kind of agree with him. Some Igbos (not all) have been agitating for Biafra. Now it seems they have been permitted to go and they have 3 months to do so. Why not they take the opportunity? Three months is enough to move your family and other movable properties to Biafra. Then you try to sell the landed property, if you have any, to recover your investment. If by 2 months and 3 weeks you have not sold it, then demolish it and leave the North at that time.

This is the time for those asking for Biafra to show they have not been joking. And for those Igbos who are anti Biafra, it is also time to come out and tell the Biafran agitators that if they fail to make good use of this God-given opportunity offered by this non-descript northener to realize their dream, they should forever remain silent and quit endangering the lives and livelihoods of Igbos living in the North.

Prologue:
The idea of Biafra is quite appealing to many, so they can stay away from those savage (note, few are the savages not all) northern muslims, but it is premature at this time. The Igbo as a group is not YET prepared for it financially, organizationally, and societally; but they might be so soon, dependent on how hard they work to make Igboland better. Currently, many individual Igbos are doing great financially. But Igbo as a country will be so disorganized and overburdened by a strong lack of public infrastructure from day one that things may fall apart so soon. With the way things are going, Nigeria will likely collapse under its own weight, anyways. Why not Igbos (and I mean those who like Biafra) be patient until then, before which time they should plan on how to run a country and run it better than Nigeria. I hope that we are talking of Biafra as a modern country, not a 19th century country like the present Nigeria. Right??
