Why do we say things like "one nigeria"? I dont hear people say "one yoruba", "one hausa" or "one igbo".
If we are truly one, do we need to say it? If any mod is not comforable with this thread, you can delete it, but abeg no ban me.

why you dey fear? It's your legitimate right to speak on national issues.

Now back to the matter. One Nigeria is used when Northerners want to deceive the South South people and continue to siphon their oil freely. Their agricultural proceeds are for them, while South South proceeds is for one Nigeria

Lemme simply it with a very simple example...

You don't hear christains say ' hey, Christianity is a religion of peace' do you? But you hear a certain religion that abhors peace claiming they are the religion of peace..

Do you understand?

This issue was once addressed on Radio Biafra. It is usually countries that are disunited that have to put "one" before the name of the country as a way of validating that country. Take for example China. This is a country that the Government Government constantly referes to as "one China", yet, it is far from united as sections of the country such as Tibet, Hong Kong and parts of Mongolia are agitating to go.

Whenever you see a country using 'one', it is a disunited country.

Exactly! Nigeria has never been one. This is why we shout one nigeria because we know deep down that we are not one.

"One-Nigeria" is a con phrase coined in 1967 by northern and western regions in order deceive undiscerning onlookers from southern Nigeria. Nigeria is a practical joke.
