The mgt and staff of Berger paints Nigeria PLC is at loggerhead over the stoppage of staff gratuity.

The board of directors through the M.D called the sstaff sometime in 2016 DAT d mgt has decided to stop gratuity by 2015 December and the staffs through the unions kicked against it.

Since Den dere have been series of meetings btw all parties but the mgt thru d M.D said no going back.

Both d national unions and din house union is saying no to this act of dehumanizing criteria.
