Vacancy exists for a qualified Front Desk Officer in a reputable oil and gas trading company focusing on importation, marketing, bulk trading and distribution of petroleum products within Nigeria and West African countries.

Job Title -Front Desk Officer (Female)

Functions & Responsibilities

 Answer phone calls to the office, screen, and direct calls per office protocol.
 Provide admin support to the Head Admin./HR to drive the organization framework. This includes but is not limited to:
1. Collation of reports.
2. Maintaining relevant databases
3. Make weekly follow-up phone calls to guests.
 Coordinate and manage flow of guests within the office
 Provide clerical support
 Manage the general office email account and telephone lines
 Receive and sort mail and deliveries
 Provide administrative support
 Any other duty as may be assigned.
