Any software engineer here should help me out pls. my WhatsApp account expires after 1/ half years of using it. they ask me to upgrade to the new version but if click on upgrade, it only show "downloading....pending" and it remains for almost an hour without success. sometimes if I try to download another application it does the same. pls, is my phone (techno L5) need formating? Thanks for anticipated response. |

I had similar issue last week. I took it to Carl Care before it became normal. I guess It could be software issue. |

Sometimes it " download pending " issues on Googleplay Android devices can be due to network issues or software ( the phone assumes a download is not yet completed ) . It has happened to my mobile device sometimes ago, I just clear Cache and FORCE STOP the Google Play app . then restart the phone . Most times , it worked that way . |

It has happened to my mobile device sometimes ago, I just clear Cache and FORCE STOP the Google Play app . then restart the phone . Most times , it worked that way . |
