Okay, so Efe just released a new hit titled "Somebody" and it is already making waves on the front page of nairaland.

Most of the comments as expected are negative claiming that Efe is wasting his time, but the truth is that half of them have not actually listened to this song.

So what does the FitnessDoctor think?

First, I am a fan of great music, great beat and lyrics, I perform test on songs just to get the best one I can use for my exercise session. I add them all to my music track and play till my exercise session is over and that is one reason I love exercising just the same way I love sex..

So, I listened to Efe's new beat and I can give the beats a good score. The song all together had a score of 6/10 compared to Based on Logistics which was 5/10..

I don't think Efe is a wack singer, but he is a wack songwriter and all he needs is to get the best lyrics and flow.. He lacks lyrics and repeats them also adding irrelevant words just to make the song playtime longer.

When listening to the song you will wonder what it is all about, is he talking about love (according to the lyrics he said, I go share, shebi na love I go share, shebi na kiss I go share also he said I go sleep for your gate, wash your plates).. But then the chorus says I get somebody wey get somebody, somebody wey get somebody..

I believe Efe is just a novice and all he needs is a good songwriter to brush him up and his lyrics.

Efe is seriously improving.. This new single is a lot better than "Based on Logistics", all I can say is that we start shouting out to him to get a songwriter or collaborate with one so that his lyrics can be something we can hold to heart..

I think he needs to heed the advice of his fans, else the next prize he'll be getting will be the NEXT HATED award.
