As a trader, you'll have to develop a thick hide, else you won't last long on here.

As for saying the aircon just needs gas, that's less than honest. If that's all it takes to get it up and running, then do it, and adjust your price accordingly. Right now, as far as potential buyers are concerned, your car has no aircon. And a system that has no gas will generally have other issues - leaks, seized compressor, dried-out O-rings, which will allow the gas to escape.

If it was just a straight forward re-gas, I'm sure you would have had it done.

I like your 'take no prisoners' approach. There are may jobless fools on here like you rightly said that just jump from thread to thread chatting opaks. What has spelling got to do with the  condition of a car.  Siena who is well respected in this section posted what you can call constructive criticism, straight to the point and concise. From your reply I can see that you have taken what he had to say onboard and will act accordingly. The other fool with no technical know how says spelling mistakes = car problems. My guy yab any baga wey yab you and give respect to those who deserve it. If you car no sell for nairaland that one no mean say e no go sell.
