Friends are essential necessities we need. Purposes ranging from giving supports, motivational information and psychological services increase the quality advantages we derive in friendship.

It’s however important we note that most of your friends are your enemies. It’s even funny enough that your friend may not be conscious to underscore the fact that he is your enemy.

That is why I finally resigned that, the only way to revive your caution in friendship is to note the kind of person called “friend”, who you move with. These qualities noticed in any of your friends’ psychological products must be noted:

Gossip
If your friend gossips, he is insecure, tongue-twists facts and distort information. He wants to be accepted and recognized and doing so may just be the only way he can get the attention he want. Don’t worry about solving his problem. The only way you can truly save your head is to kick them out of your life, because they cannot be trusted.

Parasites

Parasitical friends are only in your life to suck you dry and feed off of you.
Being used can be helpful sometimes, but not with the parasitic. Their intentions are only for their self interest. Such people must you retract from.

Jealousies

These kind of friends appreciate your difficult times more than your periods of victory. They believe they deserve your moment of success and not you. Although you may try to make them your supporters and fans by letting them know they are a part of your success, such people only prefer to resent you for your humility and reasonableness. This type should be avoided at all cost for your safety.

Arrogant

Pride sometimes is a virtue. But being arrogant means you are full of yourself and believe you are better or superior to everyone around you. Hanging or staying around with someone who doesn’t treat you with respect but rather intimidates and belittles you can be poisonous to your personal values.

Camouflaging

These types of friends pretend. They only act as friends on comfortable terms. When you need their help they tend to depart and stay away. They can’t be trusted; rather, you have to recognize their fake life and create boundaries within such friendship.

6. *Demoting*

These friends demote or retrogress us in ramifications of life section. They drag you backwards to old habits. They believe in being static and want you to be the same person you were. This type may be hard to pinpoint, but they are people who have always being an integral part of your life and may seem difficult to ignore. But it will be better to make them aware and remind them how important success is to you. if they can’t live with it, they can walk out the door.

Judgemental

Virtually nothing is ever right to them. They find it very easy to condemn people’s actions or events frequently.. more than unnecessarily. When intentions are good and you try to make them understand your genuine motives, they wouldn’t listen. They are terrible communicators since they are not good listeners. Squashing their negative talk or avoiding their disdainful speech could be helpful to your progress.
In conclusion, friends are inevitable but, in everything, we need caution.

It’s Godwin again saying:
Stay blessed and have a great week ahead.
Winks!
