Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, has sacked the state Commissioner for Works, Mr. Bathuel Harrison. The governor’s Special Assistant on Electronic Media, Simeon Nwakaudu, said in a statement on Thursday that the commissioner’s sack takes immediate effect. However, no reason was given for the governor’s decision to dispense with Harrison’s services.
