Morning folks. First thread am creating. No long talk. Just cooked this this morning. Steps I took : Boiled the yams and potatoes together. Cleaned the sardines and put in a pot. eral spices(curry,tumeric,thyme,and mint), plus pepper and know cubes( or Maggi) Allowed the sardines to cook until the liquid in the pot reduced to a paste like consistency. That means that I added just a little water in the pot, enough to almost over the sardines. While this was on, I sliced onions, cabbage, tomatoes, curry leaves, pepper, carrot and green peppers together. Once sardines were done, I removed them and placed in a plate. Then added olive oil to the reduced paste in the pot, allowed it to heat up and then poured the veggies into the pot. Almost immediately I added kethchup and poured the sardines back, imbedding some of the fishes under the veggies. ( meanwhile I had brought down the yams and potatoes and drained them into a cooler) I allowed the mixture to simmer. Washed the dirty items and sink Cooked on for about 5 mins cos of the carrots. Switched off the heat Switched on the t.v and had a sumptuous gastronomic treat. Nb.. ..pls someone help me on how to send more than 4 images. Had to screenshot it. Apologies. 1 Like
