The Supreme Court of Nigeria has dismissed Abubakar Danladi, a senator representing Taraba North in the Nigerian Senate. And he was ordered to refund all salaries and allowances earned in the Senate within 90 days. The apex court also pronounced Alhaji Shuaibu Lau, as the new senator to represent Taraba North. The court gave the orders while delivering judgment in the appeal filed by Lau.
