We always recommend for people who are interested in patronizing us to please create time to visit us at our Ikorodu's Office, so that we take you to the site for you to see and also link you directly to the owner for further negotiation, we have sold many properties through this medium and we are happy for that. We don't deal with virtual human beings, we are all human beings, we need to see ourselves face to face and discuss. If one is serious and one has a particular area in mind with a particular target, one should be able to create time and visit that site for proper investigations.

@switchmax8, If you are interested, let us fix a day and visit the site if possible see the owner and have a word or two with him. first gate is a very good location and it will be advantageous for you if you can secure this landed property for yourself. The owner asked me not to upload the picture on nairaland for security purpose.

if the house if legitimately owned by the said owner why on earth would he say you should not post pics?posting pics does not have any security threat to his property and maybe he is owning some elements and he did not want them to know he is selling.Well,i cannot come over to ikorodu because it is a very long distance to me i have to see the pics before i make a move.Just take for instance someone said house available in ibadan for sale without pics i will dash to ibadan that looks stupid.Lastly,if you people are serious post pics i cannot travel to ikorodu without getting evidence of what i want to buy and it seems the so called seller has some hidden about the building because i cannot see the reason for not posting

Thanks for the response, your opinion on that might be right but a transaction whereby a lawyer is involved, i don't think there is any prank on that. If you think your mind is not settled for that you can go for others that has pics. The most important thing is that you have a budget and a specific area in mind. That will assist us in getting one for you.

We have in other areas in Lagos, like Agege, Ketu and so on and the have pics, I am only acting on instructions. Hope to hear from you soon.
