Hello everybody welcome on board. This thread is for fiber optic Engineers and contractors.

I would like to share ideas and challenges more especially the implementing contractors.

For those doing metro jobs how do guys handle shop owners, landlords, area boys and so on? because to be sincere the expense is really much, lots of settlements here and there, everyday fighting and so.

For those working on rural areas how do you guys tackle community challenges, igwes, obas amayanabors and co....


Also I am in need of the following:

Diggers/Trenchers
Asphalt cutting machine operator.
Fiber project site supervisor
Fiber blower experts
Experienced T.Bs
Experienced M-H diggers
Experienced CRO
Exprinced Fiber maintenance Engineers

I have exprience in telecoms.We do face similar challenges on sites too during installation or Drive Test on site.

The community issue is usually factored in durung project briefing by the project managers.

You will have to settle the community boys you cant escape it. This is Nigeria.They can wreck havoc on ur equipments and even cause body injury on you and ur workers.

My brother this is something else, the more you settle the more new group pups up demanding their own with different funny letterheads.
