Why not start with the local oven that uses charcoal. Gas is on the high, is power supply steady in your area? if you want to go for electric

Charcoal oven with all this rain. Well I'm thinking of using gen to power it, tho light is bit fair in my area.

.

**availablility of spare parts if there's need for repair.
**gas is fairly constant as compared with generator/diesel.
**low overhead cost.

My dear certain factors u should consider before buying an oven.u mentioned it's a small biz.r u going into supply or would you bake on demand?
If baking on demand u can start with your regular kitchen oven. Then as demand increase you move to a bigger one.
I would recommend an ignis oven for starters it can bake up to a size 14 cake. This oven pic attached is bigger than most kitchen oven. Wish u success
