No it's not.. It is a place filled with human dogmas, that changes as the years go by.

What precedence are you setting yourself?
What is your own standard of Christianity?
What is the purpose of God for your life?
What motivated you to serve God?

If you can answer the above well, you will realise where you are now.

Back to your response, what you experience in your local DLBC cannot be obtainable everywhere.
I have seen Youth Reps who are better than a District Coordinator.

You may have had bad experience which cannot be handled by your maturity, but generalization is wrong option bro.

Forget about your popularity, concentrate on *Purpose* I have met once a state choir leader who became so discouraged because of little issue.

Being a Deeper Life than is not a good subject to debate on but rather HOW SANCTIFIED or HOLY.
