When they were carrying out Land reclamation and sand-filling, pursing lagoon, we warned them, but being controlling by their ill-gotten money. See the result now, a sitting turned swimming pool. Let them continue buying land and building houses in Banana Island, Lekki etc, they will soon know that what is behind number six is more ordinary number seven. Sebi you want to separate yourself from the masses, I pity you all!

Terrible.

Water will always find its pathway...

The Question is "When constructing our roads & disposing our wastes, have we taken time to create a reasonable pathway for water??"

@Segadam what has natural disaster got to do with change Nigerians asked for?
Sometimes we choose to be uncreative in our senses of reasoning.

so many people will use this lekki flood to console their poverty stricken life.
They be like " living in ajegunle without flood is better than lekki".

Why must one waste money to live in such a flood prone area? Trust me it is people like you that are poverty sicken for thinking of living in a high brow area.

If i had begged that "rich man" for a hundred thousand naira to help my situation and I would pray to avert any form of calamity including flood, he would obviously mock at me and laugh away. But now the man would have to buy new house furniture that would cost him far more than the 100k. Oga rich man, enjoy ur riches with flood. All na blessings from God.
